After reviewing the info and video on our other page, here are additional pictures and instructions from ClubVenox.es to help you:

1. The drill should be the number 5 (or 5 mm) and should be cobalt
   
   
   
   
2. When you remove all of the rivets the lid should fit loosely. Removing the baffles will be quite difficult, you'll need to pry around the edges patiently and carefully. Note: I had my dealership do this work, if you're having a hard time I suggest checking out PIWYR as a couple of the members have done the work themselves.
